We enjoyed hearing about family vacations and outings from Evelyn's star student!

The students worked hard on their reader's theater plays and had a friendly competition of throwing some shades at verbs......

The students had  a fun time learning from our art residency teacher today. The kids traced the giraffe and then painted!

I was able to have a lunch with Merci and Tallulah today!  The students enjoyed the CLIMB theater presentation on EMPATHY.

Today was Grant's star student sharing! We loved his photo album! Henry M was our monthly winner for showing GRIT in all he does!

Silhouette Art work of Iwo Jima Memorial, Statue of Liberty and Jefferson  Memorial. We focused on different FREEDOM in our history and related that to the Veterans we talked about today.

We turned our pumpkins into fall colors and included shapes and lines of different designs. Then we went to paint them in the art room. The kids did great!

The students were excited to see seed growth today!

Mrs. Koets organzied the Quartets to come to our school this morning. The kids had a wonderful time listening to the music!

We broke apart a seed today and identified 5 parts! Ask your child about them tonight!
