2023/2024 Lunch Menu
Delano Public Schools provides healthy nutritious breakfasts and lunches to students, faculty and staff. The district uses My School Menus, an interactive online menu tool that makes it easy for people to access school breakfast and lunch menus and nutritional values, by the day, by the school, for the entire school year.

The My School Menus platform makes it easier for families and students to learn specifically what will be served in the morning and in the afternoon and the nutritional value of every item the food service program offers.

Printing a menu
My School Menus has a feature which allows visitors to print a meal menu. Please note, after October 2023, the old format of the menu will be phased out and will no longer be available. October Lunch Menu.

Online Lunch Account Payment
District families can put money into their student(s) meal account online via Family Access. The first time you choose to pay online, you will be asked to register and set up an account through the secure epaytrak website. Online meal payments are like any other credit card transaction, so your payment may take up to one business day to be processed. Here are the steps to take to make online payments: 1) Log in to Family Access 2) Click on “Food Service” 3) Click on “Make Online Payment” 4) If this is the first time making a payment, you will need to create an account by filling in the information under “New Customer”. On future visits you can simply log in using your email and chosen password. If you need additional assistance, here is a link to view a demonstration of how to set up your online meal payment account. https://www.screencast.com/t/vb2gUeIBM33

Firehost, the secure hosting provider for Delano Public Schools' online payment system through epaytrak, is in the process of making changes to their inbound firewall configurations to comply with the latest security standards.

This means that people using certain older browsers like Internet Explorer versions 6-10 (including all Windows XP, Vista and non patched 7) older versions of Safari and some versions of older browsers will not be able to access their login page.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but you are or will soon be finding the same results in any secure online environment such as online banking, etc.

When paying by check, write your child's first and last name in the memo blank on the check. Send all payments in an envelope with the family name, student name, and "Lunch Program" printed on the envelope.

We're proud of our school food service program. Our staff does a great job of providing high quality, nutritious meals to our students. The meals are planned according to federal guidelines. We participate in the "OFFER VS SERVE" plan. Students may select a minimum of 3 out of 5 items at lunch. This option provides our students with the opportunity to choose the food for their meal and helps to reduce waste.

Free and reduced priced meals are available for families who qualify. Families who may qualify are encouraged to complete a confidential application. The information on the application is used for determining meal benefits. Applications are available in each school office or from the Food Service Office located in the district office. Phone number is 763-972-3365 Ext. 1951.

Meal payments may be made in each school and in the district office. We have "family" accounts so you only need to write one check for all students. Payments must be made by 10 a.m. each day to be recorded by lunchtime. A confidential PIN number accesses the student's account. The meal account is debited each time a purchase is made. You may not make a purchase if your account is more than negative $5.
