Delano Public Schools is committed to building strong connections with students, families and the community. The Communications Department is responsible for ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging communication between the district and its stakeholders. This includes staff, students, families, and the broader community. The department manages the district’s internal and external messaging to build trust, strengthen relationships, and promote transparency. It supports schools and departments in sharing important updates, celebrating achievements, and highlighting the people and programs that make the district unique.
In addition to managing the district website, social media platforms, and media relations, the department produces tools to tell the district’s story, reinforces its values, and provides timely, accurate information in ways that are accessible and engaging for all audiences. Go Tigers.
