We are thrilled to announce that Kate Egerman has been named the next Delano High School Principal. Please join us in offering her a warm welcome when she officially begins her tenure on July 1, 2026.

Ms. Egerman brings extensive experience to this role, having built a career as a classroom teacher, a Student Management Specialist and most recently, an Assistant Principal at Prior Lake High School.

Her professional foundation includes an Educational Specialist degree in K-12 Principal Licensure and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Concordia University, St. Paul. This follows her undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin, River Falls, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in K-12 Vocal Music Education. 

We are confident Kate’s collaborative leadership style and vision will make her a fantastic addition to the Delano Public Schools family.
