DHS, DIS open houses on Aug. 29

The school year is approaching, and a pair of open houses have been scheduled for students and their families.

Both the high school and intermediate school open houses will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 29. The high school open house will run from 4 to 6 p.m., and the intermediate school’s open house is from 4 to 8 p.m.

Please note that these open house dates are for students and their parents or guardians only. Community members are welcome to tour the new intermediate school during a separate open house scheduled for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 25. Grand opening ceremonies for the high school will occur later in the school year when construction is complete.

In place of an open house, elementary students and their families will take part in Orientation Days on Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 4-5.
