The staff at DHS are excited to share our mission with the students, families, and community at large. As a school, we seek to provide educational excellence at all levels; not only do we aspire to be excellent as a school, we will also work diligently to provide opportunities for each and every student to reach their own level of excellence.

This school year will be my ninth at Delano and I am extremely excited to continue our collaborative efforts to ensure student success.  Throughout my years in education, my first priority is always to support student development through effective relationships and collaboration among community, students, parents, and school staff. 

The 23-24 school year will be my fourth in the role of high school principal.  Previous to this high school journey, I served Delano as the Intermediate School Principal for two years and the Delano Middle School Principal for three years.  Prior to joining Delano Schools, I served students in the role of Assistant Principal at ROCORI Middle School for three years and as a 9th grade physical science teacher at Maple Grove Junior High for nine years.
