DMS Site Based Leadership Team

This committee is responsible for site management in the middle school. They make recommendations to the faculty on matters that include capital outlay/instructional budget, new hirings, scheduling and other related building matters. Terms are for two years on a staggered schedule. All grade level, specialty teachers, classified staff and parents have representation. The committee meets monthly.
