We warmly welcome you to Delano Middle School. The purpose of the student/parent handbook is to provide a means to inform the students and parents of the policies and procedures of Delano Public Schools. The information found in this handbook will answer most of your questions that may come up throughout the school year.
Every student has the right to an education. We strive to create a learning environment where all are respected, challenged and involved. Each person is responsible for their actions. Education of the children is the responsibility of both the home and the school. Close cooperation and understanding is necessary to achieve the maximum level of growth for each individual child.
