Hello There,

My name is Andy Brown and I am begining my seventh year of teaching 3rd grade in Delano. I have been truly blessed to have found such a wonderful community in which to teach and live! My wife Ashley and I live in Greenfield and keep busy with our 3 year old puppy, Gracie. Ashley graduated from Pharmacy School this spring and is now completing a residency in toxicology. It is a pretty cool thing to see letters show up in the mail addressed to, "Dr. Brown!"

I grew up in Hutchinson, Minnesota and then followed my path to Southwest Minnesota State University to pursue an education degree and to play football for the Mustangs. This spring I also completed my Master's of Eudcation degree at St. Mary's University and feel ready to use what I have learned to take my teaching to a higher level, and hopefully make third grade and outstanding year for all my students.

Away from school I am an avid outdoorsman and love to spend time hunting ducks,geese, turkeys and pheasants, kayaking, camping, running around Cabela's like a kid in a candy store, and spending time with family and friends. I also spend my summers landscaping and playing baseball for the mighty Delano Athletics.

I am looking forward to the opportunity to work with you and your children and can't wait for another oustanding year in third grade!
