DES Staff Prepare Sandwiches for the Homeless

DES Staff prepared 150 sandwiches that were delivered to The Sandwich Project. This is a grass roots organization built on anonymous donations of time, talent and treasures. All donations are given and used with the purpose of feeding those less fortunate. With the help of Coborn's, who supplied the food at a low cost and a small delivery charge, staff members helped feed 150 homeless individuals. Giving Back is part of what we do at Delano Public Schools.
